The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.
Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!
The senior flight attendants were amazing. Totally different vibe from other carriers. Easy 10 hour flight in Business Class. Great food. Good humor as well.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.
Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA
As usual, United scheduling is completely misleading. A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
A snack would have been nice instead of having to buy food.
Our checked in luggage was not put on same plane as us in the trip to Quebec and on our return 4 days later to Toronto. At Toronto airport we were told it was at the airport and it would be 10 mins. This was not true as the i-tag in my luggage showed initially it was still in Quebec. We were made to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our luggage which it seems evident to me came on a later flight. This was despite being at airport in Quebec 2 hours before flight was due to fly out so our luggage was there very early. We were both wheelchair assisted so the wait in Toronto was especially difficult . As well as luggage issues our flight from Quebec to Toronto was cancelled and a new flight sent in the evening. We had to check out of our hotel and sit in a cafe for 3 hours until we came to airport still two hours earlier than required. This was by far the worst service I have used throughout my trips around the world
Hated charging my devices. The location of the outlet was inconvenient. And no USB connection. So outdated.
Many of staff seemed unfriendly. Food was not good, and of course the meat option ran out for the back of the plane. Staff came by to pick up trash/things rarely. Deboarding and boarding were exceptionally slow (probably customers' fault) and it took almost 30 minutes for luggage to appear. Conversely, on the way over (Toronto to Vienna) I had the best meal -some king of chicken- that I may have ever had on an airplane.
The trip from booking to execution was great! The plane from YVR to YYC had LCD panels for entertainment which was great, but the return flight from YYC to YVR did not have them. Oh well--it was a short flight. Food was a pretty minor "token" snack, but hey--it was a short flight. It could have been skipped entirely and I would have rated the flight well.

Normally it is not a good experience except for this time. The plane wasn't packed, the boarding was fast and even the check-in was pretty good.
We flew from Sacramento to Vancouver for connecting flight to Tokyo. The starting flight used an old plane without entertainment. The Tokyo flight used a new plane with good entertainment. Food was excessive and not that good.
The plane was on time and i wish they had more than cookies to give away.
Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
