Smooth boarding. I liked the pilots communicated potential turbulence upcoming.

The care and attention for my flight was great. The seats were not as comfortable.
Overall good flight. The pilots were excellent. It was a nice flight, but the seats were a little uncomfortable.
There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.
The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.
Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.
Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.
The width of the chair is very small. Not comfortable at all.
Ridiculously slow disorganized boarding, ended up 35 min late and people missed connections
Really solid flight! The in-flight entertainment screens are not very touch-responsive in the way that of other airlines’ are, which was my only issue. But otherwise we had good food and drink offerings and the flight attendants were very welcoming.
I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.
Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.
It was a small plane and difficult to put my carry-on bag in the overhead compartment. The crew was awesome and boarding was good.
Older plane, business class was not up to par, entertainment screen small and dim and average food.
Freezing temperature inside the cabin and terrible food. AC used to be better.
Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day
There was no entertainment on board and wi-fi did not work for me. Food consisted of beverage and pretzels. Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to unscheduled maintenance. We missed our Toronto connection. Air Canada rebooked us for the next day. We had purchased premium seats but our rebooked flight was nearly full and we did not sit together. Seats were way in the back of the plane. Air Canada did provide us with a hotel stay. Agent upon deplaning told us luggage would be sent through to our final destination. Customer service person told us our luggage would be at the carousel. It never showed up, so we lost an hour waiting for it, already well past my bedtime by now. My husband has limited mobility. Baggage agent advised us the luggage did, indeed, get placed somewhere for our next day flight and provided us with an overnight kit (shaving kit, oral hygiene kit, sleep shirt, etc.) and it was very much appreciated and needed. Husband has mobility issues and we found that wheelchair assistance is not provided during layover stops, which made it difficult (and slow) for us to get from gate to customer service to baggage claim to hotel shuttle. For the most part, all agents we dealt with were respectful and pleasant, although only a few were as warm, friendly and helpful as most of the Canadians we had interacted with during our visit.
Late, almost 3 hours late. I have whiplash from how many times our ETA was changed.
There was plenty of room. Didn’t feel like you were squished in your seat. Very comfortable.
The flights from Toronto to Paris were middle of the road, just average. Nice enough crew dealing with an older plane. The trip from Toronto on Air Canada Express was a nightmare. We knew that we had a 3 hour layover in Toronto, but because of 4 delays that turned into a 7 hour layover. And, with 7 hours to get my luggage from one of their planes to another they still managed to lose my bag. In fact, they lost the luggage of 7 people in that smaller plane. I still don’t have my luggage.
