The plane was in Moline all night. Consequently, we assumed an on time departure at 8:15am. Unfortunately, and as is the normal case with United in Moline, we departed 2.5 hours late. When the crew came, it was discovered that there was very little heat in the plane. Seems this should have been checked hours before the crew arrived. Then when we boarded and the plane was to be de-iced, the United de-icing truck was not working! We awaited the American Airlines truck. All of this caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. My suggestion is never take United Airlines flight from Moline. We have been disappointed 80% of the time and have vowed to not take United again from Moline.

Overall, it was a good experience. Boarding was good and there was plenty of overhead bin space for everyone’s carryons (even when we boarded toward the end). Only improvement would be to offer trash service more regularly.

Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers

United airlines was top for my last trip in every way

Poor and identical to the first two legs, except for the crew who were patient, professional and of pleasant and jovial disposition!

Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.

The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.

Delayed by 2.5hrs any longer and they would’ve had to honour their own policy for breaking their own rules and regs. Not cool, especially when I have an infant child that needs to stay on a routine and they get schedules.

Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.

Bad experience with Air Canada. Our first outbound flight was cancelled due to weather, but the airline rebooked us 2 full days later and basically told us it was our problem and to go away. Then a further onbound flight was delayed for 12 hours. The airline booked us a hotel, but the hotel was unable to transport all passengers in its shuttles (the airline of course didn’t provide any transportation or taxi vouchers), so we waited hours just to get to our hotel and get checked in. Finally, on the way back we had ANOTHER flight cancellation, and the airline wasn’t able to get us on another flight until late the following afternoon. All told we lost 3 days of our vacation (including nonrefundable hotel booking) and arrived home a day later than scheduled. I will never rely on Air Canada to get me where I’m going again.

On the Vancouver to NRT flight, The staff were condescending and withheld at times. There were times when they appeared to be more concerned with socializing with each other than appearing professional. I know it must be a hard job, but being chatty and handsy with each other in the public view only to be condescending to customers isn’t a good look.

All went extremely smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel season. This flight (when I took it) is a daytime flight (14:00 departure NZ time) so it was hard for me to sleep. Other carriers fly overnight (18:00 departure NZ time), which is much more conducive to sleeping. .

This was an Air New Zealand flight. All went very smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel period. Thank you!

For boarding, after family with youngsters, you should have 65 and over. Whatever rules, enforce them. It’s frustrating for those who respect them to see aggressive people rush to the gate out of turn…

A snack would have been nice instead of having to buy food.

This flight was a lot more comfortable with more room than the Air Canada Rouge!!! We will never go rouge again! A yes to this one!!! It was so nice to have inflight entertainment! Also the carts came around twice for drinks or a snack!! Great experience all around!

Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment

There was no entertainment and the meal that was included in my flight fee was not provided.

Orderly boarding. Passengers should be made aware that no food is being provided
