The crew and flight was amazing. I haven't flown United in years but plan to switch to you being my main airline
Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.
United needs to figure out its Economy PLUS standards; its better than economy but that's not saying much. It seems like United stripped away all the basics for an international flight (such as In Seat entertainment) and repackaged some of them as plus. Would not fly United internationally again.
Flying to anchorage would have been cool but the weather got in the way
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
Bad, but r that was because Chicago to stl flight 14 hours late.
Flight was delayed for an hour and it caused a chain reaction to our connecting flight although we made it but we had to rush and run !!!! To top it off, all our luggages were DELAYED!!!!
Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?
They have trouble to keep their flights in schedule. Seems not having enough staff to provide appropriate customer service. Lacking real agents on site to help customers. Have to use QR code/web site/call to be able to talk to real person can help you - and you may have to punch though series of options first, then hold until someone assist you. Similar for baggage claim, no real agent onsite helping if you missing luggage, not like other airline next to UA desk having staff there even after midnight to assist customers.
A snack would have been nice instead of having to buy food.
This flight was a lot more comfortable with more room than the Air Canada Rouge!!! We will never go rouge again! A yes to this one!!! It was so nice to have inflight entertainment! Also the carts came around twice for drinks or a snack!! Great experience all around!
Terrible - flight was flagged for fraudulent payment from being booked via Kayak. Requested to rebook with original credit card or provide new payment. Air Canada stay at JFK did not know how to process new payment. Had to fly from La Guardia 2 1/2 hours later instead with Air Canada.
Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment
After i biked my flights, i was informed my flight was rescheduled for later time
Staff were amazing but there check in machines need a major update! Absolutely horrible machines the staff were so sweet and helped but everyone. Was in need of help. They need to update it
I had a pleasant flight and was able to enjoy one of my favourite movies. The crew was friendly and helpful and I also was able to enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

We booked return tickets Montreal-NYC-Montreal, booking references 23V7AC and 23UHNC (2 tickets each, we are a family of 4). The returning flight was cancelled (NYC to Montreal on August 7th AC8645) and we have been proposed flights two days later. Due to personal obligations, we could not wait for the flights that you proposed and had to go back to Montreal by bus that same night. After having canceled our flight, we have been partially compensated with USD 465.86 which cover the costs we had to spend on the bus. Nevertheless, we got a USD 15.00 voucher each but only two vouchers could be used, the other two were rejected at scanning (same shop and same scanner for all 4 vouchers). Consequently, we paid USD 30.00 ourselves, which should have been offered to us. At the end, I cannot even find a e-mail address to which I could send the request for reimbursement of these USD 30.00.
Well is extremely poor, not even a small bottle with water. Completely different than what use to be in 1970. Evolution or devolution? Everything those days is just make money, but not to remain with a nice experience, on pillows, no blanket's, no nothing!!! , Excellent pilots. But service from service, zero.
