For an 8.5 hour flight the service on board lacked a bit. Service start was slow, the food was worse than usual and they skipped the snack they were supposed to deliver before landing.
Asked several times dairy free options and was ignored. Was told chips was the only thing I could have that I should have put it on my profile “which it is”. Very unprofessional. WiFi didn’t work have the flight. Overall a very bad experience.
Very friendly staff. The flight was on time. Need a bit heavy covers/blankets. It can get colder with a thin blanket.
Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process
Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.
Haven’t used United in a while. Was surprised with the free blanket and earphones. Service was great. Huge plane. 9/.row.
Check-in was a little confusing. I paid for extra luggage, but when i checked in the system didnt seem to know. Arrived in Paris early after a late departure. Luggage arrived on the same flight with no apparent damage.
Ok Did not like that the second leg of flight was moved earlier making it a rush to make it
Bad experience with Air Canada. Our first outbound flight was cancelled due to weather, but the airline rebooked us 2 full days later and basically told us it was our problem and to go away. Then a further onbound flight was delayed for 12 hours. The airline booked us a hotel, but the hotel was unable to transport all passengers in its shuttles (the airline of course didn’t provide any transportation or taxi vouchers), so we waited hours just to get to our hotel and get checked in. Finally, on the way back we had ANOTHER flight cancellation, and the airline wasn’t able to get us on another flight until late the following afternoon. All told we lost 3 days of our vacation (including nonrefundable hotel booking) and arrived home a day later than scheduled. I will never rely on Air Canada to get me where I’m going again.
I was randomly deplaned in Canada for staff's fault. Terrible experience and caused me a lot of delays.
Flight delayed by 5 hours, they changed my paid seat and didn't get a refund.
All went extremely smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel season. This flight (when I took it) is a daytime flight (14:00 departure NZ time) so it was hard for me to sleep. Other carriers fly overnight (18:00 departure NZ time), which is much more conducive to sleeping. .
This was an Air New Zealand flight. All went very smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel period. Thank you!
Do something about that crying baby the whole flight. lol
Air Canada plane had very tight seat, food not good bathrooms bad no one was cleaning it
The seats for first class were so close together it was hard to get by one another to go to the bathroom. If I knew that this was first class I would have just paid and flown economy
It was good. My original flight was delayed and they put me on and earlier flight to avoid missing my connection
