Best part: It’s operated by All Nippon Airways. It’s quite literally comfortable, reliable and respected from boarding to landing each and every time. It’s perfection without extremity in lavishness — it’s how flying should always be!
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
I liked that the flight to Kosice was on time, the service was excellent and we arrived to Vienna early. The only thing I did not like, is that I had to pay for my suitcase $75. Bummer

Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.
Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

Quality of service and maintenance has declined since my last trip before COVID.
This was a short flight with no food. The attendants were great but the comfort was poor: just to cramped. The flight from Denver to Frankfort was excellent! Seating was roomier, food was good, service was good. This was a great experience.

Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.
They could have done a better job announcing the boarding groups and asked for more drinks (water) if needed.
Boarding was a shambles, pushed us all onto the airbridge and then made us wait for ages
It was great! It’s been awhile since I’ve flown American but this most recent experience reminded me how much I enjoy flying American. Organized. Informative. Efficient. Friendly. Can’t ask for much more, except my luggage got dinged up a bit. But that could have been the airport.
On an overnight flight people behind me kept lively and loud conversation, which meant I couldn’t sleep. Food was really lousy, im sorry to say.
BAD. As a family could not sit together. The gate agent told us there was only one seat in the middle left, when we got on the plane the situation was very different with whole rows of seats empty
The A321(?) model of the flight for 5+hrs has no seat back screens. Getting the american airlines wifi experience to watch movies on your own devices is not the same.
Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
I booked through Kayak for the first time. Unfortunately I was charged in US dollars. Only after booking did I see the tiny American flag on your website. There should have been a larger icon with a notice that I am in Kayak’s US site. I am Canadian, am flying in Canada and was disappointed that Kayak did not recognize this.
The aircraft was very spacious and comfortable. Loved that the rows were more spread out.
We're not on the flight. Because of the pilot strike we were told to reschedule our flight to the 25th instead of the 19th. This has been an unplanned extended holiday.
Flight was delayed, slow boarding,fully booked flight... No extra charge for beverages..
the flight was an hour late, which made us miss our connection to sacramento. we are having to spend the night in the vancouver airport and fly to san francisco instead. air canada says that since the late flight was caused by air traffic control and not a mechanical issue they won't pay for a hotel, so two senior citizens are going to have to sleep in the food court at vancouver airport tonight. NOT HAPPY!
My luggage was lost and didn't arrive on my flight
I find it hard to believe that Air Canada still cannot provide non dairy milks for teas and coffees even if they offer vegan food, if preordered. It is about time to stop discriminating against people who live a plant-based diet.
Our plane was quite dirty, it was clear that it had not been cleaned since it’s prior use, and that a small child had been sitting in our row, leaving crumbs all over the seat, the floor, and scribbling on the wall with a colored pencil.
The crew on board the flight was the stand out for me especially one name Kim, she was very polite, attentive and supportive, on boarding the plane after walking across the runway it was a sunny day with a high temperature and I felt a little tired but the way she greeted me with her voice and smile really lifted my spirits and that continued during the flight, she also made sure all my service needs were addressed but I also know she had to support everyone on board but I felt like I had a personal support like the service you get in first class ,I sat almost at the back of the plane but felt like I was in first class what an exceptional flight attendant her attention to detail was just amazing and I would definitely fly with Air Canada Rouge again. I want to say thank you to all the crew for their amazing service.
