reliable, relatively relaxed, helpful and kind staff and clean airplanes. No need for more.

Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

4 hours delay, awful food and missed all my connections because of the delay to be rebooks for a flight 10 hrs later back home and never actually make it to my final destination

It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

Routine and on time flight with pleasant stewards and decent food. Nice experience!
