The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.
Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers
Good even though flight was delayed, the crew was prompt and efficient.
I flew basic economy, so it was what I expected. Crew was nice though, and flight was quick. Would recommend for flights under 6 hours, otherwise would upgrade to something with more leg room.
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
Extremely uncomfortable sitting in a small space for 2 hours, especially for older people. Understood it was circumstantial.

Lufthansa placed a 300 lb passenger in the aisle seat and I was stuck in the middle leaning sideways with no arm rest or ability to sit up straight and fully use my seat (due to encroachment-the seats are very narrow) the entire flight.
My flight was delayed for a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.
Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.
