Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
Older aircraft, no meal, only food was for purchase. Not impressed United.
United needs to step up their game. Delayed flight leaving Seattle, San Francisco. Older aircraft, not very comfortable.
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Salina to travers city was great! But the sept 24 Tranverse city was not! Traverse city to chichago was cancelled, i went to Denver & got to Salina 6 hours later!
Inoperable monitor left no entertainment for 9 hours. The crew was not helpful. Food was awful.
The food should improve! And The flight should leave on time and not make the traveler wait.

While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the following observations are for your awareness. There was some delay on the tarmac on take off and landing. The paid lunch/food offerings were limited. Entertainment was only available on WiFi at a cost.

All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.
I had no communication, receipt etc from Air Canada until hours before flight
I think overall both Air Canada and Air New Zealand did a good job the their flights. It is nice to have movies, music, podcasts etc to watch for the long flights. Just wish the seats were wider and had a foot rest to change my leg positions during the trips.
This flight didn't happen for me because of overbooking.
Terrible. Flight was delayed for hours and we ended up arriving at our home at 4am after 20+ hours flying.
Our return trips from Lisbon to Vancouver were the worst flights I have EVER been on. Our seats from Frankfurt to Vancouver were most uncomfortable. The 'table ' was not only dirty but broken. My headrest ' support' too was broken, leaving a spot where a broken attachment poked at your head. My food was the worst food I have ever had on any flight. Staff....they all looked and acted as though they hated their jobs!! The Calgary to Vancouver wasnt much better. We had NO services even though we were told of complimentary beverages etc.. That didnt happen. I asked for window seats, assured by the ticket agent I was given a window seat...NOT. Please dont make me go on. Our trip from Vancouver TO Madrid was great......so we were most discouraged at the events of our return trip.
All good, but plane outdated, seat uncomfortable, food that we had was 4 out of 10. Crew was great!
Terrible all around. Flight was late and airplane was very uncomfortable. The crew were unhelpful and hid in the back. Did zero work. No entertainment.
