Comfortable, pleasant staff, quiet, good entertainment, food, drinks. Better than American (flight back) when we were crammed in and staff sometimes indifferent.

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.

It would be great to have at least two choices for a food, instead of just plain pasta 😏

The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!

The crew will not help you with the overhead bin even if you are business class. If they do, there's always the sentence " we are not supposed to lift anything".... To charge for seat assignment in business class is nothing short of money grabbing/ ripoff. The ground service in London is better than Vancouver, which was atrocious.

Everything was excellent except I could not check in online. The app kept denying me. So I checked in at the airport and the person was super polite and helpful. Very nice all around.

My experience was very disappointing. Firstly I was unable to check in using the kiosks. Secondly even though I purchased a flight with one checked bag, I was told at the counter that a checked bag was not included in my flight booking. And I had to pay for my bag. At the check in counter, the airline representative was very arrogant and demeaning. She insisted on charging me £140 for the luggage. And said it was an automatic charge calculated by the scale. This didn’t make sense to me. As it was 0.5 kg overweight. Which only required me to remove 2 bottles of water. Having an extensive flight schedule that involved multiple flights included NY and Brussels, this leg of my flight was the most stressful and unpleasant.

I never travelled better and more comfortably than with this flight because I was upgraded to the business class! it was amazing in every aspect. I was able to lay down and sleep, and the food was comparable to a gourmet restaurant menu. The flight was not only on time, but even much earlier, the crew was excellent as well. It felt like a very nice reward after so many uncomfortable and frustrating travels in the past decades. Even though most of my past trips were not with BA, they gave me a memorable gift with this favor. Thank you British Airways!

The flight was delayed which caused me to lose my international flight to Egypt. I arrived Egypt 10 hours late which ruined my entire plan any trouble for the people that were waiting for my n the airport. I lost money and time.

A late notice on the departure board of a last minute gate change from A gates to C gates was particularly challenging for us. We are senior citizens who ambulate just fine, at our pace. This late notice caused all of us to run, or in our case, walk as quickly as we could from Gates A to the transit train then down an another long concourse. Anyone with mobility issues or needing a cane to walk would not have made it on their own and they wouldn’t have had enough time to coordinate wheelchairs. At first I thought this was just “how it goes” at airports, until I noticed a text I received on my trip-it app that notified me of this gate change- WELL ahead of the departure boards in the airport. Had I be paying attention to my app instead of the AIRPORT’S information system we would have been able to move on with ease and composed instead of ‘trotting quickly’ and agitated at the new gate.. I see this as a flaw in either the airport’s arrival/departure board system or in BA’s communication to the airport. Either way, there is a LOT of room for improvement.
