Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
My favorite airline when traveling to the UAE. Great food and great service.
They were very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were sitted apart. We asked if we could be seated together were told flight ws fuly booked but would try. After a while they were able to make it work we got seats together. Their food is good and attendents are very friendly/helpful.
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...
First time flying Emirates and business class. What a civilized way to travel, everything was wonderful organized and relaxing. Thank you for providing the best first impression!
Absolutely horrible all around especially for such a long 13-14 hour flight - terrible food - ancient entertainment - legroom worse than a short air Asia flight - not enough toilets
