Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Comfortable as it can be for a basic economy seat. The TV screen on my 15 hour international flight went out after 1 hour or so and it never worked again. The food is very high in processed carbs and sugary items.
We had a 90 minute delay due to equipment failure that was detected just before we took off. United rebooked my connecting flight.
Basics were there, but a 5:15 flight with almost no food ans no entertainment, it is quite long.
Everything was very good. Was able to change a make run flight leaving on direct earlier in the app -seamless!!! Well done
The passenger in the row in front of me was listening to a political speech on his phone at full volume with no headphones and it was disturbing all of the passengers around him for several rows. I asked 2 of the flight attendants to speak to this passenger but they only shrugged. It was obvious that they were afraid there might be conflict and would not say anything. I had to take it upon myself to tell the passenger that he needed to turn it off or wear headphones as it was disturbing everyone around him not wearing their own headphones. I was very disappointed in the United flight attendants.
Not very good. My flight was canceled. Rebooking was terrible. I got hung up on 4 times by book agents while attempting to get another flight. Took me 8 hours to finally rebooked. Agent a check in desk not helpful. They acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help me. They did not handle my issue which caused me to deal with call center.
It’s a service to take you from one point to another. No frills. You want it, you take it. It’s upon you to bring food, reading material, games to play, movies to watch, etc. The wifi onboard never works - so you cannot even listen to any podcasts, music, or get updated news feeds. The toilet is a mess, and a four flight does not need any hygienic interventions when people either splatter their pee all over the seats or on the floor. It’s a monopolized service and so smile and bear it.
Great flight. WiFi worked great and the crew was awesome.
At least the delays were short. Business class, even in the new planes is very crowded now with crappy tray tables
