Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.

Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

Great customer service, very accommodating. (Check in) Smooth flight, thank you Pilots. Only negative was one working bathroom in first class. Atlanta Base flight attendants were wonderful. Thank you for your smiling faces Delta..

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.

Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.

Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport

The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
