everything was great. I don't use on-board entertainment at all (I just read or sleep), but I appreciate that I couldn't hear anyone else's!
Emirates is always a pleasure to travel on. From the spectacular First and Business Class configurations of your big A380 and 777, to the Bar Lounge to, of course, your impecable on board flight attendance and their iconic uniform, now also even available for young girls. All the destinations that Emirates offers makes it an airline of choice many a time.
The food was amazing on our flight. So many options for movies and shows to stay entertained for 12 hours.
Airline did not have enough vegetarian meals for all guests, and crew were not adequately trained to handle this.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class
More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you
The plane is cramped and there is no space to move. The seats should not recline because when a person in front drops their seat you are trapped and you can't even see the entertainment screen because it is right in front of your face. I like that checked luggage is included. The food tasted good but they ran out of breakfast choices. The crew is nice.
It was very good and it was not my first time I always take Turkish air line for my travels
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
I did not have a good experience from the first point of contact to the check in person to boarding and the comfort of the seats. I would not travel on Turkish again. I will let my family and friends know about my experience which was not a pleasant one.

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).
