Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.
Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from O’Hare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you
The plane is cramped and there is no space to move. The seats should not recline because when a person in front drops their seat you are trapped and you can't even see the entertainment screen because it is right in front of your face. I like that checked luggage is included. The food tasted good but they ran out of breakfast choices. The crew is nice.
Everything needs improvement. Old plane, bad interior, business class seats don't function easily / properly, food is awful, chicken / fish were tough & hard, couldn't eat. Avoid Turkish Airlines.

The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Did not expect no entetainment, food was ok. No alcohol on a. International flight
The food served was frozen salad and hummus. The hot meal was fine. Crew was doing bare minimum
Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.
