I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.
Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,
We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.
Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.
The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)
Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

I did like the service and the flight was pretty smooth, however I'm tall and leg room was complicated, the bathroom did not have soap and the default snack was quite deceiving and small

Check-in in Bogota was extremely slow. Priority line was unsupervised so people were jumping the queue, causing the main line to take an eternity. Each customer at the desk seemed to take 5-10 minutes for some reason.
I’m handicapped and the staff and crew were so kind and helped me board and made sure I was fine during the flight.
really poor, the flight got cancelled first and then faced a delay. I ended up getting a middle seat which is a big no for me given I am claustrophobic.
