I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.
No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,
We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.
Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.
Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.
Very slow boarding, 1 hour late - uncomfortable chairs and crew barely speaking english even at the airport!

The flight itinerary was changed 3 times, I explain the problem on the previous leg.
The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.
Service is pretty good. Sandwiches have to be purchased but I’ve bought my own food. Seat was comfortable and various movies to chose from.
1. The PA system was painfully loud. 2. Overhead bin #33 was missing—I find this troubling.
I was randomly deplaned in Canada for staff's fault. Terrible experience and caused me a lot of delays.
This was an Air New Zealand flight. All went very smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel period. Thank you!
I did like the service and the flight was pretty smooth, however I'm tall and leg room was complicated, the bathroom did not have soap and the default snack was quite deceiving and small
Good except for the kid kicking the back of my seat and then plyin a game on the touch screen
Check-in in Bogota was extremely slow. Priority line was unsupervised so people were jumping the queue, causing the main line to take an eternity. Each customer at the desk seemed to take 5-10 minutes for some reason.
I’m handicapped and the staff and crew were so kind and helped me board and made sure I was fine during the flight.
Freezing temperature inside the cabin and terrible food. AC used to be better.
