The food was the only thing that could have made the experience even better. Everything was stellar but the food. The staff was superb. I’ve been flying with ANA for years as my go-to and I think I may have found my new favorite. 😍
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better

Priority boarding for Silver and Premium Economy was very disorganised, in fact, non-existent.
We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

More than two hours delay I could not do my tax refund because of the delay to check in They lost my luggage
Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

The flight attendances were very helpful and friendly ! Dinner and breakfast were great . The seat was not too comfortable though .
The air New Zealand employees who assisted us with wheelchair aid on Auckland made our transfer from flight to the next seamless. Also were amazing in helping with our luggage and customs in Brisbane.
Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.
Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

Overall excellent but the Captain kept the seat belt sign on for far too long, especially at the beginning and end of the flight. It was 2 hours after take-off before the crew were able to start the service (on an 11 hour night flight, reducing our sleeping time) and the seat belt sign on went on during breakfast (90 mins before landing) and was not turned off again until we landed. This made for an uncomfortable journey of trying to limit fluid intake because it was unclear when the toilets would be available for use.
The staff and crew on board were excellent. Business class however, was very weird. I thought we would have individual pods, but the way it was set up was unexpected. Not very private and If you wanted to lay down, you had to have an entire bed made up for you by the crew, rather than how Delta one works where you could just lie down whenever you feel like it. It was a 16 hour flight. I chose not to have my bed made, and that turned out to be a good idea because everybody who had their bed made had to wait for the crew to roll up their mattresses. So strange!
Crew were pleasant, happy to be there and were a joy to be around. Entire operation was professional, well thought out and ran like a Swiss clock.
Couldn’t request a vegan meal somehow but I noticed other people getting them

Terrible. 6 hour delay with no explanations and only 15 dollars in food credits. A disaster. I'll just leave it at that.
Much better than I expected for such a long flight.
Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.
Good - better than other airlines in terms of food and seat comfort.
It’s a very long flight and there are so many people on board. Perhaps a warm washcloth now and then to freshen up
The crew was very helpful to my family, especially when my daughter became sick during the flight. Will fly with them again.
Too many passengers are bringing on too many large items as part of carry on baggage where it should be checked in. This is not the fault of Qantas but the stupid mindset passengers have now about trying to bring anything and everything on as carry on luggage where it should be checked in.
Better than expected, normally I don't use this airline because they are too expensive for me, but if you can afford it, good on you, you won't regret it. Regards.
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!
Flight was as expected - we got what we paid for which was a base fare
Hardly we had overweight and we were asked to pay $75. We were checked by a female and weight was alright

I like that fare is cheap but because there's no amenities whatsoever. You get what you paid for.
There's a reason why fare is cheap, no amenities.
It is what it is - nothing more, nothing less. No entertainment onboard but one kinda knows that when buying a ticket on a no frills airline. I choose Jetstar only because of price.
Plane was delayed both on arrival to Sydney and departure. We boarded the plane while it was in the process of being refuelled, which I am certain is against CASA regulations. Comfort for anyone over 6 foot is non existent.
Entertainment wasn’t working! It didnt work on our flight from Darwin to Bali either. They were newish planes, so it was disappointing.
The flight was over an hour late due to staff shortages and due to it being the last evening flight, I got back to Sydney very late
