Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
It was a short flight, sits uncomfortable No food was provided. Staff was lovely and kind .

Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line

For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.
Airline lost my luggage and after 20 days it has not been returned nor refunded any money.
More room. International flight - by the time you put your purse and shoes under the seat in front of you, add in the pillow and blanket they give you- makes for tight fit.
There were several different delays but we ended up being delayed a total of 40 mins or so. It was annoying we had a gate change which made it take longer to leave DFW, and we had to check our carry on. Ugh
The counter/baggage counter was busy and so many people missed flights. We got stuck sitting on the plane over 2 hours at the gate while they were doing an inspection is wrong. Many of us missed our connecting flights because of it.
Fantastic! If it had not been for a check-in agent in Knoxville I may have not gotten my passes on British Airways. I couldn’t check-in online because British Airways had messed us the info on my tickets to London & Inverness. AA’s was great! British Airways was a continuous series of delays and frustrations.
On an overnight flight people behind me kept lively and loud conversation, which meant I couldn’t sleep. Food was really lousy, im sorry to say.
Gate check in of luggage was smooth at DCA and luggage came out fast in IND.
I was fine with everything except for the last breakfast, where I did not have an option. the only availability was what I could not enjoy eating.
We booked Iberia and it was LEVEL … a cheap ariline. The plane didnt have entertainment nor wifi

2 hour flight with no drink service from the bahamas?!! There was very little turbulence and the turbulence didnt seem to affect first class drink service. I understand that they may not be able to pour all kinds of drinks, but thye can hand out bottles of water at lease
