Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration
American Airlines seemed to run a 'dry' flight. No alcohol was offered at any point with meals. Breakfast was a bit tasteless. The 'hot pocket' whatever that is, was horrid breadish pastry with very little filling. Decaf coffee was horrid. Seats didn't seem as wide or spacious as usual, especually for a ten hour flight.
Food was average. Better headphones seats were average at best.
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
British Airways canceled my flight and I had to fly on Lufthansa the next day. What a garbage airline 🗑️
Lost bag and absolutely no assistance in the short term. No-one to help either via phone or at the airport APPAULING
British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.
The Heathrow team was no prepared for the number of people who were coming through at that time of the morning, it seemed they were also experiencing shift change. The lines were incredibly long and moved at a snails pace. A airport rep walked by me, I presented my boarding pass to her and asked if she thought I would make the my flight If I stayed in the current lane. The look on her face told me I was not going to make my flight. She then whisked me to another lane, got me through the line and i ran to the gate and boarded my flight with only seconds to spare. It was a frustrating experience, which BA had nothing to do with. BUT after getting onto the airplane, the flight team was welcoming and I felt a huge sense of relief. Thank you to the BA flight team!!!
Unreliable for flight to and from Paris - taken 6 flights this year and delayed on the way back every single time - very frustrating. And to top it all up - baggage delays are horrendous
Flight cancelled! Rebooked by circuitous routing although there were seats available on other nonstop flights.
