Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk
No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,
We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.
Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.
reliable, relatively relaxed, with helpful staff in all 8 flights we had on this trip. They are solid even though we did not have special seating or status for the flights.
Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.
Only complaint is that the entertainment system wasn’t working on our seats and some others.

I have been flying with American most of my professional career. But the airline seems tired and becoming more and more subpar with older planes than other airlines, dirtier and less comfortable seating, and less and less amenities. Their WiFi seldom works and their food is becoming more and more mediocre. How do you fly from LAX to PHL with only being offered one drink and as a platinum customer. I am exploring delta here on out for more of my flying.
3 hours late. Second consecutive time this month that a flight from DFW was delayed 3+ hours.
Boarding, Seating, Flight Attendants, flight was okay. My seat was uncomfortable.
the food choice of packaged chips and popcorn was utterly ridiculous for first class
Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀
Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.
Flight was excellent. The food and service were great and the FA was very cordial and gracious.
