Overall, a great experience from food and crew. The only setback was that this was the Second flight from Air New Zealand within a week that was an hour late for boarding.

The flight attendances were very helpful and friendly ! Dinner and breakfast were great . The seat was not too comfortable though .

The air New Zealand employees who assisted us with wheelchair aid on Auckland made our transfer from flight to the next seamless. Also were amazing in helping with our luggage and customs in Brisbane.

Overall good. We had to transfer to Bradly terminal. We had requested wheelchair assistance. The bus that picked us up had to wait for other passengers. The wait was long. Then, at the Bradly terminal we had to wait an extended period of time for the wheel chair assistance. These delays caused tension at checked in and resulted in arriving at the gate as passengers were boarding.

Gate agent was fantastic in Auckland. They wanted to charge me for my two bags even though I was gold member with United in Tonga. So I had to pay for an upgrade. The meals on both flights had no vegetarian option. The only one item the salad was not tasty at all. Good thing I had brought my own snacks. The bread was white roll which is so not healthy. I think New Zealand air can definitely improve their food offering.

Can you please process refund. Mum died and dad went to Pakistan to bury her after cancelling flight.

Short flight so no entertainment, turbulence so no food service - overall flight as expected

All was good, the only thing was it didn't run on time.

Overall excellent but the Captain kept the seat belt sign on for far too long, especially at the beginning and end of the flight. It was 2 hours after take-off before the crew were able to start the service (on an 11 hour night flight, reducing our sleeping time) and the seat belt sign on went on during breakfast (90 mins before landing) and was not turned off again until we landed. This made for an uncomfortable journey of trying to limit fluid intake because it was unclear when the toilets would be available for use.

First time in a long time and look forward to many more

We are a family of three, bought two economic tickets for me and my teenager daughter, a business ticket for my elderly mum who doesn’t speak much ENGLISH. During the flight my teenager walked up the plane wanting to chat with her grandma, stayed a bit and my mum consequently wanted to exercise so she walked down to our cabin too. My mum sat with me and chatted for about fifteen minutes then i went to business to check on my daughter only to find out she was not there. I was met with this extremely rude Hawaii Air flight attendant, after i told her my daughter is missing she couldn’t care less, she told me we can’t swap seats and insisted that i immediately return to the economy cabin. But then my daughter was still no where to be found! i explained and hoped that they could at least suggest some way to find her such as announcement or something, but the following words came out of her filthy mouth: “ Go back to your seat immediately! this is the last warning!” WTF?! i can’t believe this is the way Hawaii airline is treating their passengers and we paid business class fees! Very insufficient and incapable flight services as well by the whole crew. Overall extremely unpleasant flight experience! i will definitely spread words about this to ALL my family and friends and colleagues you name it. Never fly Hawaii Air ever again! Never!

Allowing passengers to move to empty seats if flight isn't full.

Enjoyed every stage of travel and really loved the free WiFi on the international flight. I would only make one recommendation. There was a lot of young children under 2 on the flight. Loud crying screaming and just playing. Constant poopie diapers. These families were spread through out the plane. Some of the passengers with no patience actually yelled at these parents unfortunately. I would recommend keeping all the families with young children in the same part of the plane if possible that way the passengers that complain can be relocated. In this situation there was no part of the plane that didn't have a noisy child. Any ways I will be flying Hawaiian airlines again because the service was just that good!

We flew first class, and it was worth every penny for that long flight. The crew was great, the service was terrific, and we were so very comfortable. It made the flight so much better. We will fly Hawaiian again!

The food wasn’t very good but everyone on the plane was great.

Friendly crew, flight left on time and arrived early. Had problems with using in flight entertainment on my iPhone, could not get it to work, with WiFi available. Liked being able to charge my phone. Overall a good experience!

The plane was nearly empty. My wife and I were seated behind a family with 3 sreaming kids. The parents refused to control their kids. When we tried to move to a quieter section of the near-empty plane, the flight attendant said please return to your seat. When we tried to explain, he stared at us coldly and simply repeated please return to your seat. When I asked if we could move after take-off he simply start and repeated please return to your seats. About as far from friendly and helpful as you can imagine.

Everything was great from the staff to the seats and food. The plane was timely taking off and landing.. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (especially on such a long flight)

Good communication regarding any updates time of flight and flight delayed. The fight was delayed by two and half hours at eleventh hour. That was unexpected, especially when you international passenger.

The service was excellent. The quarters were a little cramped in Economy, and we had to exist there for 18 hours.

It was very nice. I will try to fly with Qantas whenever I can.

We lucked out. The passenger who was supposed to be in our row changed her seat, so my husband and I had 3 seats for the 2 of us. We were able to stretch out a little which made the trip much more tolerable.

Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.

Great flight and attendants. Seating is a bit weird. The extra price seats aren’t too worth it.

Top notch service, good selection of snack and meal options, generous accommodation for luggage, and great selection of in cabin entertainment. I really appreciate the offering of pillows, blankets, sleep mask, tb&paste, and earplugs. The only complaint I can make was that my seat was horribly uncomfortable and lacked cushion.

An extremely long flight packed in like sardines. But they feed you often with meals,drinks and snacks. They have a lot of movies and audio books

The crew was outstanding. And the food was surprisingly good. The chicken and the pasta dish were both delicious and I was supposed with a pizza twist near Landing. We hit a lot of turbulence and the crew was calm and kind. Loved the TV in screen. Tons of new releases.

It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.

boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

They canceled our flight and left us stranded to figure it out

Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.

The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.

Smooth boarding. I liked the pilots communicated potential turbulence upcoming.

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.

Plane still had screens for watching movies. Good selection too.

The plane’s radio wasn’t working. This delayed the plane for an hour and a half. Then we all broaded and taxied down the runway only to get called back because the radio was still not working. Had to get off the plane and then find another plane making the trip 4 hours delayed. Maybe a different plane should have been chosen sooner?!?!?!

On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline

I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.

Everything was seamless. I would have appreciated knowing there would not be any real food available for purchase in advance. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you!

The flight was delayed but at least they let us know early about it (the night before)! Everything after that was smooth!

Our seats were changed 3 times in the final 24 hours, and then my wife and I ended up with two middle seats in different rows. Full flight so no changes could be made at the gate.

Air Canada was on schedule, fast, and took care of me the whole flight. With affordable price, I 100% recommend you fly Air Canada if you are able to.

United agent at FLL excellent - due 55 min conx at ORD rerouted us on an earlier departure via DEN and got home 5 hours earlier than expected

I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
