The entire crew went above and beyond. This was our first flight with our 3 month old, and they were accommodating and friendly. The crew is attentive and marks a HIGE difference to the regular runs with Avianca and LATAM.

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.
The crew were friendly, dressed professionally and helpful when needed. The food was good to very good. The seats were comfortable and entertainment selections were excellent. For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.
Seats are not as easy to move as you would hope in premium econo Y
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
Good food and staff. Flights were delayed making catching the connecting one tough with no time to stretch in between
No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding
POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.
You need to weight all bags together because we were 2 and we allowed 4 bags plus hand carry and personal items. We trying to saved bag like we put our stuff in 3 bags so we don’t have to carry more bags and airline also save space time less bags less work. We had only 1.6 kg over and we requested crew he said it’s airline policy that you need separate bag that’s ruined our mod and carry that suit in our hand in plastic bag he didn’t understand that we have less bags that make sense if we brought over luggage then it’s problem. I think if you guys change your policy and weight all together that will be good

It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
Customer service is very bad. They don’t understand English or Arabic which made it very hard to communicate with them. Also when calling to discuss any issue with ticket reservation they hang the phone on you even when speaking to the manager. I will not fly Turkish airlines and I will not recommend to family and friends
Definitely not a fan of Turkish Airlines, their seats are very uncomfortable. Felt very cramped up. Food was very poor in quality too, very little to drink during service.
Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
