We didn’t arrive until a little after 7:00 p.m. my wife and I were doing a little staycation for our 9th wedding anniversary. We go to the room, looked around and then we dropped our bags off and headed to dinner at little America cafe. (We come eat either there or at the buffet at least twice a month.) This particular time I tried something that was new for me, the steak sandwich. I couldn’t eat it. The meat was the most chewy piece of garbage I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. I “took it home for later” didn’t even feed it to my dogs. Straight trash. Then we get into the room and I’m a little upset because I’m starving and just wasted 80$ on a meal I didn’t eat. So I go to take a shower and I can’t get it turned on🤦🏼‍♂️ At this point it’s 9:30 p.m.. We have been at the hotel for 2 1/2 hrs. I finally get the shower turned on and there is no water pressure… it’s dripping from the top of the shower head and it is only scalding hot water coming out. No cold water would flow through. I go and call the front desk and let them know what’s happening. They say they’ll send someone right away. Another 30 min. go by and my wife and I needed water so she went to the vending machine to get some and they don’t work. So she had to go all of the way to the main lobby to pick some up. While she was there I sent her a video of the shower to show the front desk what I’m talking about. They act all surprised but did send someone right after that. Now it’s about 10:05 when the guy shows up and by the way he was lovely. It took him about 40 minutes to get everything fixed and cleaned up again for us. Finally I’m able to take a shower circa 10:50 p.m. It was a weird trip and I feel like I should’ve just driven back hime for the night. We stay there at least 4 times a year and go eat at the restaurants a lot. This particular time was super disappointing. Also, on the thing you can scan to leave a tip for house keeping there was a dried up contact lens sitting right next to it on the bed stand… haha you can’t make this stuff up. It’s just the painful reality of my life lmao :)

No microwave and fridge. Bed was so hard i couldn't sleep. Water in the shower would suddenly go too cold or too hot and had to keep fiddling with the knobs to regulate.

Cons:Really wonderful room! When we were checking in the lady at the desk asked if we there for any special reason. We told her it was our anniversary. She immediately upgraded our room. It was amazing.

Pros:The bed was super comfortable and the room was immaculate. Very impressed!
Cons:The parking is under construction. We were able to find a parking spot initially, but we left and came back later in the evening. When we returned it took us 45 minutes to find a suitable spot to squeeze ourselves into because there was literally nowhere to park. The valets were just parking the cars in any spot they could find and it made navigating the area difficult.

Pros:Room was huge, spotless, quiet and comfortable with a great view (712). Best sleep in weeks. Staff is not over friendly but fast, efficient and helpful. Some of the conference rooms were a tad small. Food was very good.
Cons:Ran out of items for our conference buffets which should be fully stocked until end time specified. No doormen.
