Dont get us wrong this Hotel does look nice from the outside & inside but when you look closer inside its looking very tired with stains on carpets & furniture & walls & due to the large numbers of people using it its very hard to keep perfectly clean due to the lack of staff. It also states its open 24/7 cafateria but its not all you get if you pay for it as an extra is a continental breakfast or scrambled eggs that looked vile, other than that the catering is closed unless your part of a coach party as they get served food in the hotel but maybe that comes from the same place as they get the only food available to guests in the evening as your only choice is a pitza delivery straight to your room from an outside source as the pitza delivery notice thats in your room is out of date. Most of the staff could talk a few languages which was very helpful but only if you could get a hold of them as on the concierge there was only 1 staff to do everything but if very busy was helped by the barman which left no service at the bar as most of the time you had to look for the barman as if he was not helping the concierge he was on the hotel computer doing paperwork so a 10/15 minute wait at the bar was not unusual to get served. The prices were horendous as it was €2-50 for a small 33cl bottle of beer as there was no draft beer available, Also for a vodka & orange it was €7-50. This could be a top notch hotel but it needs a deep clean & a Freshen up & more staff, As the staff were ok but just not enough of them to cater for the large numbers needing attention.
