Location was awesome - all major sites are close by. Management was great and helpful. Breakfast was good. AC could have been stronger!

Pros:This hotel saved our trip to Florence. After one night in a hotel with unfriendly staff we moved to Hotel Alessandra. We arrived very early hoping to only leave our luggage for the day but we're told our room was ready and offered breakfast! Our room was very large and totally met our needs. Best and most helpful staff and I recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you!
Cons:Slight sewer smell when first walking in downstairs and in our room but once we opened the windows all was well. Also, if you can't do stairs don't stay here. Outside our room there was a restaurant that was very noisy until about 11 but that was probably just our room.
