Cons:always could be cheaper
Pros:The hotel staff were all extremely accommodating and polite. We were placed into a regular king room instead of a suite as booked and were immediately switched to the proper room type. The suite was large and spacious. The hotel overall appeared to be recently renovated with the exception of a few spaces (see what we didn't like below). Breakfast was very good (and complimentary).
Cons:While most of our suite seemed to be new/recently renovated there were a few glaringly obviously places that were overlooked. The king sized bed in our suite was pretty well worn & extremely soft. My husband and I definitely felt like we were sinking towards the center. We had "okay" nights of rests; not bad, could have been improved with newer/better quality mattress. Also, the bathroom in our suite, while clean, aesthetically appeared to be about 20 years old. Floral wallpaper, dated shower head... It looked as if they renovated the room and the only thing done in the bath was putting up a new shower curtain.
Pros:My wife and I were a bit surprised at the quality of the room. It is clearly designed for the comfort of a business traveler, but the room design had a luxury feel that we fully enjoyed while on vacation. The bathroom is amazing. Don't know why other hotels haven't thought of making their larger.
Cons:Nothing. It was a great place to stay.
Pros:Staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great with options for everyone
Pros:I loved the room layout and furniture. The pool and hot tub combination were nice. The complimentary breakfast was filling with lots of options. The staff was polite and professional; both check in and check out were fast and simple.
Cons:I didn't like that you can only enter the hotel from one direction due to a long island in the middle of the road near the main entrance. Also parking can be problematic if the hotel is booked. Otherwise there is sufficient parking for all.
