The staff here are amazing- everyone I encountered were incredible. The rooms are clear and comfortable. The stairwells are easy to navigate (from someone who prefers to take the stairs than the elevators). The food at the restaurant is excellent and the room service is also excellent. The workout area is in need of an update- two of the machines were not working, there were few workout mats, and there were no balance balls (which have been there in the past). I would strongly encourage Marriott to look at the workout room and create an update.

Pros:Nice property, nice rooms and awesome pool / whirlpool!

Pros:Rooms were spacious and clean with excellent, quiet heating system.
Cons:Prices in restaurant and bar were excessive - very excessive. But hotel is not convenient to restaurants. Best to walk down the street to the large grocery and buy your own food - but no microwave or refrigerator.

Pros:When I first walked in, the finishings and decor were much nicer...bordering swanky...than I expected. The 11th floor lounge was also a surprise with the various offerings of drinks and eats. It was also busy with travelers, which meant the draw for this lounge was better than most hotel "lounges".
Cons:The only negative was the wait time in the restaurant when we wanted to get a late afternoon snack.

Pros:Shuttle picks you up from O'Hare and takes you directly to the hotel; the shuttle picks up and leaves every 20 minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Cons:Staff weren't very professional, seemed disorganized and didn't strive to provide high customer service. This was most apparent at the front desk. We had 3 adults in the room which was stated on the reservation but only 2 breakfast vouchers. Rooms were difficult to navigate to, very confusing layout of hotel.

Cons:Had to go through about 7 tolls to get to it Did not tell me i had to pay for parking (took money out of my account) Did not tell me i had fees for internet Took out a deposit without telling me for the room (its been two weeks, still have not received it yet) Took an additional $30 out of my account without tell me Tried to call the hotel, would not help me.

Pros:Rooms were better than expected, comfortable bed and pillows. Starbucks in the lobby! Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of selection. Location and shuttle service very convenient to OHare.
Cons:Shuttle was late the morning of our departure.
