They had no capability to cancel. They refer you to a page that doesn't exist. Then they do not respond until after your reservation date, and they tell you that you cannot cancel after the reservation date. Even though you were trying to cancel prior.

Pick up is a nightmare. Spent an hour walking around the airport trying to find someone. The Asap desk is not manned at all.
