Cons:Please fix the lavatory at the back of the plane.
Pros:I arrived in Lubbock - eventually

Pros:Literally nothing.
Cons:Boarding process was disorganized. No communication about carry-on baggage space. The in-flight entertainment didn't even work. The floor was freezing. The flight was packed in the middle of a pandemic.

Cons:There was a maintenance issue that delayed the flight. That's fine-- I'm appreciative of that and obviously want the plane to be safe prior to takeoff. However, some miscommunication ensued and the technician brought the wrong sized screw and had to keep going back and forth from wherever he was coming from to fix the issue (a chair, I believe) and the flight ended up being delayed 1.5 hours-- longer than the actual flight itself. I understand that these things happen but it was frustrating to sit on a plane in Dallas for longer than the flight itself because of a silly error.
Pros:Decent boarding procedure. Nice touch to hand out snack bag as we boarded
