Pros. nothing good
Cons. the worst experience ever in SPG/Marriott hotel. the staffs are lazy. I can not feel and warm hospitalit and only not welcome. sucks.
Pros. Clean and courteous staff
Cons. Tub/shower
Pros. Location was excellent. Connects to the convention center. Trolley stop is just outside the doors.
Cons. No electric vehicle hookups. Valet is $26/night but no setup for EV charging. Because of this would not have stayed there if was not part of a group booking.
Cons. There's a $26/night valet fee for parking. Was not aware of this until you already arrive at the hotel and there's no other parking available.
Pros. The bed was nice and fluffy, clean. Nice room, decent gym. There was a trolley stop right outside the hotel. We didn't partake but it was a good option. VIP lounge nice but not always stocked. Liked that it was on the 19th floor.
Cons. Wasn't aware that the parking was valet only until we got there. $26 per night when there is a parking lot across the street for $12 per night. If you park valet you have to call in advance every time you need your car.
Pros. Hotel was in a nice area ,walking distance to a nice restaurant Trolley every 15 minutes breakfast
Cons. housekeeping forgot to clean 1day for the price it should be microwave in room
Pros. Location
Cons. Door key card did not work had to go down twice to get it rescand. Over charged my card $80 and I had to call to get it canceled five days later.
Pros. The bed was exquisite and especially the linen, just like I have at home
Cons. The price
Pros. Staff was wonderful
Cons. Parking- You either agree to pay roughly $28a day to valet or are forced to park in a public shady pay per day lot across the street.
Pros. Location was excellent along with the fitness center. Very much enjoyed it.
