it was terrible. the clerk was rude, insolent, hostile and yelled at me. i hadnt intentionally reserved an EV (I don't live in the bay area and don't know the infrastructure) but he told me i had to take one. he wouldn't tell me his name or call his manager.Reviewed 19 Jun 2024
