Phillip at the front desk was so friendly and held our bags until our room was available so we could explore the city. Our room was immaculate and health club was clean and large with plenty of equipment.

Wonderful hotel. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The fitness center is large and has an extensive array of equipment. The staff are very friendly, polite, and professional. The bar scene is very lively and the restaurant has great service. The location is close to attractions and public transportation. Great stay.

Nice hotel very convenient to mass transit in Boston. Friendly staff. Entering the hotel and having to take an elevator up two flights to check-in was a bit inconvenient, particularly in these Covid-19 times and not wanting to share an elevator with anyone else. Pros (+) The room was comfortable
Cons (-) Even though it was during the covid pandemic they could have had a few more amenities available. I purposely booked bc they had a gym which was closed (I was alerted only a few days before my trip). With spray disinfectant, masks and wipes available it would have been fine for the gym to be open. Or they could have limited the number of people. That just annoyed me

Cons (-) No AC on a 90 degree day in June. Room was NOT clean and smelled. The carpet was not vacuumed and we have a 15 month old son. HUGE bugs crawling on floor. Paid over $550 for one night and check in was after 4! Really truly disgusting. Told the front desk and all they said was “sorry by you pre paid for the room” We come into Boston frequently - will absolutely never consider this an option in the ...

Pros (+) Room was large. Coffee maker, ironing board and safe in the rooon.
Cons (-) Insufficient soundproofing. Avoid avoid avoid 6th floor: that's where the pool is and kids are very loud when walking and running along the corridor. We couldn't check in at 3:30pm and the room was not ready until 4:30pm, half hour past the check in time of 4pm.
